Similar to its predecessor, Windows 11 has a solid pixel border around File Explorer and other applications. Although the design experience in Windows 10 was enhanced by this visual aspect, the new OS version delivers a new user interface (UI) with other visual elements, therefore the pixel surrounding boundaries is no longer necessary.
You may easily get rid of windows with a single solid pixel around the edges by turning off the color accent feature in the new Windows 11 Settings. Additionally, if this function is disabled, the white font used for text and other elements in the new File Explorer’s title bar will be fixed.

Remove accent color pixel around windows borders in Windows 11
Use these procedures to eliminate the accent color pixel surrounding the window borders:
Open Windows 11’s settings.
On Personalization, click.
On the right, click the Colors page.
Disable the “Show accent color” switch for the title bars and window borders.
Take away the pixel border of the accent color.
After completing the steps, the colorful pixel around the edges of File Explorer and other app windows will disappear.
